A new year is upon us, it is a time of change, to connect with ourself and cleanse. It is the perfect time of year to nourish yourself with a fast.
Juice fasting is a multidimensional experience in which total body transformation occurs. There are a wide range of metabolic changes and experiences. The blood and lymph are detoxified. When juice fasting, the release of toxins from the colon, kidneys, bladder, lungs, sinuses, and skin clears out complications that have arisen from a bad diet and unhealthy lifestyle. The benefits of following a juice fast include heightened spiritual awareness and relaxation of the body, mind, and emotions. Many people feel a sense of letting go of pain from the past and developing a positive attitude towards the present. During juice fasting, the body is able to clean out its system because it is not expending energy towards the digestive organs.
Raw juices contain certain natural medicines, vegetal hormones and antibiotics. Its time for a clearing, a New Year, a new you!
The Skinny
A juice feasting adventure will give your body a break from caffeine, sugar, wheat, dairy, and alcohol so that you may establish new, healthier habits, renew your energy and detox your body. A feast includes freshly prepared juices, coconut water and supplements. Also included is a sole bath mixture, supplies for a liver/gallbladder flush, enema bag, body brush, personal notebook with handouts, daily support class where we stretch, meditate, explore natural beauty, healthy eating, and balance harmony within ourselves.

During this time we will have daily support classes everyday at noon to enhance your experience.
If you cannot make daily classes, you may choose to come and pick up your juices anytime after 12pm.
Participants, please let me know exactly what you do or do not want included in your package and if you have any food allergies or aversions to foods so that juices may be tailored to your individual needs. Please inform me of any particular issues you struggle with and I will add personal information to your notebook addressing any concerns (i.e. thyroid issues, cancer, metabolic imbalance, osteoporosis, arthritis, candida, ect...)

For a first time faster, the total juice fast experience is $430
***You may choose strictly juices and a few supplements to fit your needs and budget. The cost of juices will be $180 for the first time Berry Bliss Fast and $150 for people who have fasted with Berry Bliss before. Juices are for the week of January 21st-27th. (This includes three fresh juices per day and one coconut water) It is not recommended for people who have metabolic imbalances to use coconut water. (If you do not need coconut water subtract $25).
You may choose to add an extra juice per day to your fast to make your experience a juice feast for $35.
